Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

This area is to help with some of the more common questions we run into. If there is something not covered here, please feel free to reach out to us.

What areas do you cover?

Typically we work in Pasco County: Hudson, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Trinity, Spring Hill, Holiday, Wesley Chapel as well as Lutz, Land O Lakes, Tarpon Springs. Depending on the job size we will go most places.

How long does this take?

Typically 4-5 days. The first day is pressure washing and letting the house dry. The second day is caulking cracks, putting sealant on the house if needed, and other prep work. The third and forth days are painting days. When painting is done we like to walk around the house with the homeowner and will even offer to come back if they notice anything needing touched up.

How do I know if my house needs a sealant coat?

Go to spots on your house that typically get a lot of sun coverage and wipe your finger on the surface. If your finger reveals a chalky residue chances are you will need the sealant to ensure your new paint is everlasting and bonds with what is already on the house.

How much does it cost?

We are one of the lowest if not the lowest painting team in Pasco County. We generally charge between $0.75-$0.95/sq ft including paint (depending on complexity of house, texture, etc) which usually puts us close to 50-60% less than others!

My home is 2400 sq ft, is this the sq ft needed for painting estimate?

No. A lot of homeowners are confused that the size of their home is the amount of sq ft we will be painting. The size of your home is living area, walking space. We aren't painting the floors (in most cases lol) so we need wall space, this is the measurement of every wall (Length x Height).

What paint do you use?

We prefer to stick with Sherwin Williams paint. For exterior we go to Super Paint and for interior we use the ProMar paint. We never thin our paint, you get what you pay for! We do use Seal-Krete Original for sealing houses prior to painting them.
